Armed robbery, North Queen Street, Belfast

Police in North Belfast are appealing for information following an armed robbery at Bookmakers in the North Queen Street area shortly after 5:00pm last night (Wed 21 July).
A man described as being in his 40yrs, 5'8" tall, of medium build and wearing a dark hooded top with a light and dark blue scarf over his face. He threatened staff with a handgun before making off with a sum of money.
Anyone who witnessed the robbery or who has information is asked to contact police in North Belfast on 0845 600 8000. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
