Drugs seizure and arrests, East Belfast

Detectives have seized suspected cannabis plants from a house in East Belfast with an estimated street value of more £250,000.
Shortly before noon on Thursday, police and NIFRS attended a small fire in a house at Nendrum Gardens which led to the discovery of a large number of partly grown cannabis plants. Items used in the cultivation of cannabis were also seized.
The plants have an estimated cultivated street value of approximately £300,000.
Four men have been arrested and are assisting police with their enquiries.
