Creeper burglary and hijacking Lisburn

Detectives in Lisburn are appealing for information following a creeper burglary and hijacking on Tuesday, 6 July.
The creeper burglary occurred in the Summerhill Gardens area some time during the evening. Entry was gained to the house and car keys taken. A silver Toyota Avensis car was subsequently stolen.
Around 9.30pm on Drumbo Road the male driver of a blue Volkswagen Golf car stopped to offer assistance to a motorist standing beside a parked silver Toyota Avensis car. The driver of the Golf got of his car and went to the rear of the Avensis before the motorist got into the Golf and drove off.
The driver of the Golf attempted to take the keys out of the ignition as the car drove off and was dragged a short distance. He sustained some injuries.
The man involved is described as being in his late 30s or early 40s, well built, 5ft 11 in tall with a tanned complexion and shaven head. he was wearing an orange coloured t-shirt.
