Suspicious fire, tyre depot, Portglenone
Detectives are appealing for witnesses following a suspicious fire at a tyre depot in Portglenone.
The blaze at the premises at Garvaghy Road was reported to police at around 11.40pm on Friday night, 30th July.
A building, along with tyre recycling equipment valued at around £1million pounds, were completely destroyed by the fire.
Officers investigating the fire are keen to speak to witnesses. They are especially keen to hear from anyone who noticed any suspicious vehicles or people in the area on Friday night. They can be contacted at Ballymena CID offices by calling 0845 600 8000.
