Hijacking, West Belfast

Detectives in West Belfast are appealing for information following a hijacking incident in the Monagh Bypass area.
Around 6.30am this morning, 21 June, two males stopped a gold/silver coloured Vauxhall Vectra car at the junction of Monagh Bypass and Glen Road. The males punched the male driver and made off in the car which bears the registration RCZ 3175.
One of the males was wearing tracksuit bottoms and a grey hoodie. The second male had a knife in his possession and was wearing jeans and a hoodie with a scarf around his face.
The male driver was taken to hospital for treatment. His car has not yet been recovered.
