Burglary and arrests Downpatrick and Kilkeel

A third male has been arrested in the Kilkeel this afternoon (Sat 19 June) following the search operation in the area.
The arrests are in connection with a creeper style burglary in the Roughal Park of Downpatrick in the early hours of this morning. Shortly after 3am the home was entered and a black Renault car stolen. The car was later seen acting suspiciously in the Kilkeel area and two men were arrested. The third man was arrested following the police search operation.
The man had evaded police for a short time running through gardens.
