Robbery delivery van Sandy Row Belfast

Detective from Musgrave Street CID are investigating a robbery of a van in the vicinity of a local Bakery in the Sandy Row area shortly before 7am this morning (Wed 23 June).
The driver of the van was approached by two men armed with bolt cutters who stole boxes of cigarettes worth an estimated £10,000. The men made off in a dark coloured car in the direction of the Boyne Bridge.
The drive of the van sustained a minor injury to his knee and is badly shaken by his ordeal.
