Detectives are appealing for information following a robbery at Kings Crescent, Newtownabbey. Shortly after midnight a man was locking up at the rear of a shop when three young males wearing hooded tops approached him. One the youths punched the man on the mouth before all three made off with the man’s wallet containing a sum of cash and a driving licence.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident or those involved to contact detectives at Newtownabbey on 0845 600 8000. Information can also be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity by calling 0800 555 111.
