Serious road traffic collision, Derry

Police in Derry are appealing for information about a road traffic collision on the Letterkenny Road.
At 1.30am on Sunday 6 May an road traffic collision involving a car and a 18-year-old pedestrian near Nixons Corner was reported to police.
The male pedestrian was taken to hospital with injuries which were understood to be critical.
The male driver of the car was not injured.
This was not a hit and run, however anyone who witnessed the incident or has information should contact police in Londonderry on 0845 600 8000.
