Shooting incident, West Belfast

Detectives in West Belfast are appealing for information following a paramilitary-style shooting in the Glen Road area on Tuesday 8 June.

Just before 11pm, a 23-year-old male was shot once in the right leg. He was taken to hospital for treatment but his condition is not believed to be life threatening at this stage.
