Terrorism charges, County Tyrone

A 38-year-old man arrested in the Cookstown area of County Tyrone on Thursday 3 May has been charged with a number of firearm and terrorism offences.
He is due to appear at Omagh Magistrates Court on Saturday 5 May.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
It is understood the charges are in connection with a republican show of strength in the Strabane area on October 8 2009.
