Armed robbery arrests, Tandragee

Detectives in Newry are appealing for information following an armed robbery at commercial premises in the Market Street area of Tandragee today.
At approximately 2.15pm, two masked males, one armed with a handgun and the other armed with a hammer, entered the premises.They smashed a glass cabinet and removed gold rings from it and took jewellery from a safe before making off in a grey Audi A4 and heading in the direction of Scarva.
The vehicle was found destroyed by fire a short time later. It is believed this vehicle was stolen during a high-jacking in the Mallusk area of Newtownabbey on Wednesday 19 May.
Four people, three males and one female, were arrested a short time later.
Detectives are investigating and would appeal to anyone with information to contact them. They are particularly keen to speak to anyone who saw a red Corsa or silver BMW in the Scarva/Tandragree area.
