Cannabis factory uncovered, Newry

Police officers from the 'E' District Tactical Crime Team have uncovered a cannabis factory following the search of a house in the Dublin Road area of Newry late on Friday 28 May. Approximately 500 plants valued at £250,000 were recovered along with equipment used during the production process.
There were no arrests.
