Drugs charges, Lisburn

Two men - aged 27 and 37 - were charged with possession of a class 'B' drug and possession of a class 'B' drug with intent to supply.
They are expected to appear at Laganside Court on the morning of Saturday 29 May.
As is normal procedure, the charges are subject to review by the Public Prosecution Service.
This relates to an incident at Colinview Street, outside Lisburn, County Antrim, at 5pm on Thursday 27 May, when a car was stopped and searched by police.
A large quantity of suspected herbal cannabis was seized.
As a result of a follow-up search of two houses in Poleglass, outside Lisburn, a number of suspected cannabis plants and a quantity of cannabis was seized.
The total value of the suspected drugs from the search of the car and the houses is over £20,000.
