Drugs seizure and arrests, Portadown and Lurgan

Detectives in E District uncovered suspected mephedrone with an estimated street value of £70,000 during planned searches in the Portadown and Craigavon areas on Tuesday 25 May.
The searches, which were carried out by E District's Tactical Crime Unit, followed information supplied by the UK Borders Agency and concentrated on properites in the Park Road area of Portadown and the Gilford Road area of Lurgan.
A quantity of suspected herbal cannabis and an undisclosed sum of cash were also recovered.
Two males have been arrested and are currently helping police with their inquiries.
