Man charged in relation to allegations of historic sexual abuse Down

One man, arrested in relation to allegations of historic sexual abuse, on Wednesday 26 May in the County Down area has been charged with a number of offences to appear before Ards Magistrates' Court on Friday morning, 28 May.
The offences include rape, gross indecency and indecent assault and relates to an ongoing investigation in C District into allegations of historic sexual abuse in the County Down area.
As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
