Robbery, Stockman's Lane, Belfast

Detectives in Musgrave Street are appealing for information following a robbery at a filling station in the Stockman's Lane area of the city on Thurday 6 May.

At approximately 10:10pm, a male entered the shop. A short time later a second male entered the shop and the first male approached a female member of staff, took her by the arm and guided her toward the till area. The second male, who was armed with a knife, then asked to be shown to the safe and took an undisclosed sum of cash from it. He was then joined by the first culprit and they told the assistant to fill a bag with cigarettes before leaving the premises.

The first male is described as being aged 25-30, around 5ft 6ins in height and of slim build. The second is described as being aged 33-35, about 6ft 1in in height and of slim build.
