Sectarian assault, Killowen Street, Coleraine

Detectives in Coleraine are investigating an assault in the Killowen Street area on Friday 30 April.
Five people were injured when they were set upon by a number of people close to Pate's Lane at around 10.50pm. None of the injuries are believed to have been serious.
The incident is being treated as a sectarian hate crime and a full and thorough police investigation has been launched. To date one female has been arrested. She was detained in the Kylemore Road area on Sunday morning, 2 May.
