Security alert, Castlewellan

Police and Army Technical Officers attended the scene of an incident at Circular Road, Castlewellan, County Down, on Friday 28 May.
Army Technical Officers dealt with what is believed to be a partially or fully exploded pipe-bomb type device.
The incident began at around 3am.
