Attempted robbery, Shopping complex, Northumberland Falls, Belfast
Detectives in West Belfast are appealing for information following an attempted robbery at a betting shop within shopping centre at Northumberland Street in the Falls Road area shortly before 8pm on Thursday 23rd September.
Two men, one armed with a gun, entered the premises and demanded money before fleeing the premises on foot empty-handed.
Both suspects are described as being in their late teens or early twenties and both approx 5'8'' tall. One was wearing a grey hooded top and the other a brown hooded top.
No one was injured during the incident.
