Polar Plunge for Special Olympics
04 Mar 2011

This weekend, 50 brave Polar Plunge volunteers will be freezin' for a reason as they jump into a pool of water and ice outside Belfast City Hall, every hour on the hour for 24 hours to raise funds for local Special Olympics athletes.
The event has been organised by the PSNI's Law Enforcement Torch Run Committee. The Committee's aim is to raise awareness and support for special athletes to continue to train and compete.
