B DISTRICT – Armed Robbery, Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast

Police in East Belfast are appealing for information following an armed robbery at commercial premises in the Upper Newtownards Road area on the afternoon of Monday 30 April.
At approximately 1.35pm, a man entered the premises armed with what was thought to be a firearm. He made off with a sum of cash in the direction of Sandown Road. No-one was injured in the robbery.
The man is described as being between 30 and 40 years old, approximately 5'9" in height, of slim build and had grey, shaved hair. He was wearing a grey hooded top.
