G District - Armed Robbery, Carnhill, Derry

Detectives in Londonderry are appealing for information following the report of an armed robbery in the Carnhill area on Friday 23rd March.
At about 10.45pm it was reported that two males, one armed with a suspected firearm and the other with an iron bar, entered a mobile shop which was parked at the side of the road and threatened a member of staff. The men made off on foot with a small sum of money. The member of staff was not injured however was left badly shaken. Both men wore dark clothes and gloves and are believed to have made off in the direction of Shantallow estate.
