Safer Communities

Together we can make our communities safer for everyone.

Northern Ireland has one of the world’s most transparent, accountable and Human Rights compliant Criminal Justice systems. Don’t allow these thugs to by-pass it.

If you are concerned about crime and anti–social behaviour in your area you can speak directly to your local neighbourhood officer by calling 101 Non Emergency Number.

You can also find details for your local neighbourhood officer by visiting our website www.psni.police.uk

As an alternative to contacting the police directly, information can be passed anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or through the Crimestoppers website www.crimestoppers-uk.orgexternal link opens new window

Calls to Crimestoppers are not recorded, there is no caller ID facility and callers will not be asked for their names.

Calling Police or Crimestoppers can help make your community safer.

If you see a crime taking place you must call 999 to report it immediately.

If you are a victim of crime you should report this to your local police.
