Detectives investigating the murder of Ronald Todd in 2005 are appealing for information about his death.
Ronald was last seen in the car park of the Maghaberry Arms Bar, Maghaberry, County Down, on Wednesday December 21 2005 at approximately 8.00pm.
Police launched a murder inquiry following the recovery of Ronald's body from the River Lagan in Belfast on Tuesday 14 February.
Post Mortem Examination results revealed he had suffered multiple head injuries and we believe he was tied up before being placed into the River Lagan.
There are a number of appeals that detectives would like to make.
1. Where you in this particular area on Wednesday 21 or Thursday 22 December between 9.30pm and 10:30pm?
2. Did you or anyone known to you see or recognise two men standing in the lay-by on the Maghaberry Road beside a 4x4 vehicle.
The first of these men is described as:
Being around 30 years old, 5'10" - 6' tall, of medium build with very fair hair and was clean-shaven.
The second is described as:
Approximately 5'10" - 6' tall of medium build, around 30 years of age, he had dark brown hair, was clean shaven, and may have been wearing a dark coloured top.
3. Did you see a dark coloured 4x4 vehicle in the area either on Wednesday 21 December or Thursday 22 December?
