Murder investigation, Castledawson

A murder investigation has been launched following the death of a 24 year old man in Castledawson, County Londonderry, on the evening of Sunday 8 August.
Police were alerted to reports that a 24-year-old man had been stabbed at an apartment complex on the Hillhead Road shortly before 10.30pm.
The male subsequently died from his injuries.
A man in his early 20s was arrested a short distance away.
Police enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
