Nathan Davies, 34, was sentenced at Belfast Crown Court today, Friday, 3rd May.

Mr Davies was sentenced to two years’ in custody, suspended for three years, for possession of a Class A controlled drug with intent to supply. This was the result of a Paramilitary Crime Task Force (PCTF) proactive policing operation, in June 2023, where a flat  in east Belfast was searched and a number of items, including a quantity of cocaine were seized.

Detective Sergeant Hughes said: “Today’s sentencing is part of our ongoing commitment to bring those involved in the supply of drugs before the courts.

“I would appeal to anyone who has information about paramilitary activity, including the supply of illegal drugs, to contact detectives on 101.
