Common Names
Marijuana, Grass, Weed, Pot, Green, Dope, Joints, Hash, Ganja, Skunk

Common Signs of Abuse
Unusally talkative or appear drunk. Appetite increased, can become defensive and aggressive. Very distinct smell that may linger on hair/clothes, often burn marks on clothing.


Cocaine

Common Names
Coke, White, Snow, Charlie, Powder, Snort, Nose Candy

Common Signs of Abuse
User may appear unusually energetic and exuberant, show little interest in food, disturbed sleep pattern. Agitation, mood swings, aggressive behaviour and suspicion of others.


Amphetamine

Common Names 
Speed, Whizz, Base, Brain

Common Signs of Abuse 
Unusually energetic, cheerful and excessively talkative. Restlessness, agitation and lack of interest in food, personality changes, paranoia, mood swings and unusual sleeping patterns.


Heroin

Common Names
Smack, Brown, Scag, Junk, H, Horse, Morphine

Common Signs of Abuse
Display signs of apathy, neglect of personal appearance and hygiene, loss of appetite and weight, loss of interest in hobbies and social activities, personality changes and furtive behaviour. User often resort to crime to pay for their habit, and can seem drunken and drowsy.

Common Signs of abuse
Dilated pupils. Behaviour is excitable or agitated. Weight loss, tooth damage and anxiety.
