Average Speed Camera Holywood

I’d like to make an FOI request in regard to one of the average speed cameras that used to line the A2 Belfast to Bangor road. The average speed camera in question used to sit just before the Hollywood train station, just after the speed limit changed from 60 MPH to 40 MPH. The yellow gantry with cameras is no longer there, but instead there are solely two black cameras mounted on a silver gantry. Is it right to conclude that the average speed camera at this destination has been removed and is no longer part of the average speed camera system in effect on the road?
