The FOI request - Why was it necessary for Senior Management within the Belfast area to purchase drinking vessels (mugs/beakers) specifically designed with the PSNI logo to hand out to officers? I can see if the mugs/beakers were purchased for a PR Event, but to spend £6,000 for internal use is rather a waste of budget and public money? Who authorised the specific design and the reasons for procurement?
