As Section 91 of the Criminal Justice Act 1967 (Drunkenness in a Public Place) does not apply in Northern Ireland, could you instead provide the number of offences recorded under Article 10(1) of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 (NI 6) (drunk in a public place)?

PSNI can provide the number of arrests for the requested offence. However this offence is not included in the police recorded crime data set and so PSNI would be unable to provide the number of offences recorded.
