Police 1810 Recruitment Campaign

In the 1810 Recruitment campaign the PCA pass time was increased from 3 min 54 sec to 4 mins 30 secs. This meant that candidates who had failed the PCA and were disqualified from the recruitment campaign were now reinstated and progressed to the medical stage.

For those candidates who have now been progressed because of the time change will they still be appointed in merit list order or will candidates who passed in the original time be appointed first?
