PSNI Service Medal

I’d like to request information as to when the Police Service of Northern Medal will be awarded to officers?
I have read the document submitted to parliament authorising the issue of the medal and approval by the Royal mint.
My request is specifically to ascertain when police officers who are eligible to receive the medal will do so.
