Clarification of the PSNI Press Office understanding of Contempt of Court in such instances.

Clarification if the PSNI Press Office understand cases which have no formal reporting restriction in place do not necessarily mean offender identities can be automatically disclosed without appropriate caution to ensure victims under mandatory anonymity are protected.
