What proportion of that revenue a) goes to HM Treasury, b) is retained by the Police Authority, c) goes to a Management Agent(s), and d) goes to Recovery Operator Agent(s) We would like answers to each question above listed per annum and per month and per region if possible, across the last 5 years.
