Unpaid Penalty Charge Notices In Belfast Area

I’d like to request data on PCNs. Specifically, I’d like to request the amount of PCNs that have not been paid and the total sum of the unpaid PCNs over the past 3 years. (2018, 2019, 2020). Could I please receive this data for the area of Belfast?
