would like to request the number of drivers who have been charged with a CU80 driving offence (using a mobile phone while driving) under Section 41D of the Road Traffic Act. Specifically, I would like the number of people charged in the city of Belfast in the last financial year.
I would like to know the number of fixed penalty notices that have been issued for mobile phone offences if this is available.
