Detectives in west Belfast are appealing for information and witnesses following a report of a burglary in the Oakman Street area at 8.30pm on Monday evening, September 25th.

Three masked men entered the property while the female occupant was inside. All were dressed in dark coloured clothing with their faces covered. One of the suspects was carrying a small handgun, while another was armed with a hammer. The men proceeded to damage items within the property before leaving the scene

Detectives would appeal to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time of the incident, to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 2018 25/09/23.
