Detectives are appealing for information following a report of burglary at residential premises at the Vines area of south Belfast on Friday 8th December.

Detective Sergeant Kitchen said: “Sometime between 2pm and shortly after 10:40pm, it was reported to police that entry was gain to a house in the area. A quantity of jewellery and a sum of cash were taken with damage reported to a side door of the property following the incident.

“Our investigation was ongoing and I would appeal to anyone who saw anything to contact us on 101 quoting reference 1930 08/12/23. We would also be keen to hear from anyone who may have any dashcam, CCTV or other video footage.
