Detectives investigating burglaries at two commercial premises have made an arrest.
A 48-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and remains in custody on Saturday morning (9th April), assisting officers with their enquiries.
A quantity of cigarettes was reported stolen from a retail shop in Seymour Hill, Dunmurry in the early hours of 2nd February 2022.
A second report of a burglary was made on 26th March 2022 when an off-sales business within a shopping centre in Carryduff was broken into and, again, a quantity of cigarettes was stolen.
This arrest has been made and police would ask if anyone has any information to contact detectives in on 101 quoting 160 26/03/22.
