Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Major Investigation Team, investigating the murder of Kevin Conway in west Belfast on Tuesday 9th January, have charged a 27-year-old man with his murder.

He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Monday 29th January.

As is usual procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

A 53-year-old man who was arrested in the west Belfast area on Saturday 27th January 2024 in relation to the murder, remains in police custody.
