Detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force (PCTF), investigating criminality linked to West Belfast UDA, assisted by Officers from the Tactical Support Unit and Neighbourhood Policing Team searched a house in the North Belfast area earlier today (Wednesday, January 20th).

During today’s operation a number of items were seized for further examination. A 35 year old male has been arrested.

Detective Inspector O’Neill of the PCTF said: “Todays search and arrest is part of our ongoing investigations into those linked to West Belfast UDA. We continue to ask for the public’s help by getting in touch should they have any information that could assist our efforts.
