South Belfast Burglary Appeal

Police investigating a burglary at a house in the Sharman area of Stranmillis which occurred sometime between 19 October 2015 and 22 October 2016 are again appealing for information about the incident.

Entry was gained to the property and some distinctive items of jewellery, including German antique necklaces and bracelets and 18ct gold items similar to those pictured were stolen.  

Sergeant Millar said, “While the police investigation is ongoing, we are appealing for anyone who may have been offered similar items of jewellery in suspicious circumstances, to contact police at Musgrave Station on the non-emergency number 101. Or, if you would prefer to provide information without giving your details you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”

We are keen to hear from witnesses of this incident

The Police Service of Northern Ireland is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with any information that will assist the investigation to contact us on the non-emergency number 101. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
