Arson attack GAA club Benburb Road - Moy

Detectives are appealing for witnesses following an arson attack at a GAA club on the Benburb Road in Moy last night, Sunday 03 April.

Shortly before 11pm police received a report that a gym beside the main clubhouse was on fire. Police and NIFRS attended and the fire was extinguished. Extensive damage was caused to the building as a result of the fire.

Detective Inspector Will Tate is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with any information that can assist with the investigation to contact Detectives in Cookstown Police Station on 101. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
