Creeper burglary – Andersonstown Park west Belfast

Detectives are appealing for witnesses following a creeper style burglary in the Andersonstown Park area of west Belfast last night, Thursday 17 March.

It was reported that sometime after 11pm a house in the area was entered. A Suzuki Alto car was subsequently stolen after the keys were taken from the house. The vehicle was reported driving recklessly in the area of Monagh Drive before being abandoned and set on fire in Norglen Parade at around 11.30pm.

Detective Inspector Nigel Snoddy is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has any information that would assist with the investigation to contact detectives at Musgrave Police Station on 101. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
