Arson attack Ardclinis Gardens - Larne

Detectives are appealing for witnesses following an arson attack in Ardclinis Gardens in Larne during the early hours of this morning, Friday 22 April.

Shortly after 2am it was reported that the window of a house had been smashed and a fire started inside. A car parked in the area was also set on fire. Damage was caused to the living room of the property and to the car as a result. No one was injured during the incident.

Police are working to establish a motive for the incident and Detective Constable Gardiner is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has any information that can assist with the investigation to contact Detectives in Larne on 101. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
