Men charged with more than forty offences each following aggravated burglaries
Two men aged 32 and 37 were today (Tuesday 26 July) charged with a host of offences related to aggravated burglaries and robberies across Northern Ireland, including a number over the weekend in Dungannon, west Belfast and Newcastle.
The pair appeared at Newtownards Magistrates Court charged with more than forty offences each including, but not limited to, aggravated burglary, robbery, possession of an offensive weapon, false imprisonment and assault on police.
Both have been remanded into custody and are due to reappear at in court in Ards on 5 August.
The charges relate to aggravated burglaries and other incidents at parochial houses, domestic dwellings and commercial premises in Dungannon, Newcastle, Castlewellan and Belfast
