I represent the G4S Security Staff who provide security services within PSNI sites throughout Northern Ireland. The staff receive a 29p/hour Environmental Allowance to reflect the risks attached to their role. G4S Management state that the Company covers this cost. Could you please forward me confirmation if the Company’s assertion is accurate, or is the amount funded directly from within the PSNI budget?
