The FOI request with regards to the Whistleblowing Procedure, how many senior officers by rank have been disciplined in the case of a whistle-blower’s evidence being upheld, and what additional procedures have been put in place as to ensure that when a complaint is made that it is the responsibility for all officers at senior level to accurately record and advise PSD and Anti-Corruption of the same?
