I was looking to submit an FoI with the PSNI regarding paid for posts the organisation pays for on
social media.
I will put all of my details below and if you need anything clarified please get in touch.
Between January 1, 2018, and April 4, 2023, how many social media posts has the PSNI paid for to
be promoted on a social media platform? Can this be broken down by year and platform (e.g.
Facebook, Twitter etc).

How much has the PSNI paid to social media companies promoting posts? Broken down by year and
platform.

Can the paid for posts also be broken down by the type of content in the post? (e.g. promoting an
attempted murder appeal, promotion of PSNI initiatives etc)
